How do I return an item?

the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error,
no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something
wrong with the item Serenitty will pay for the return shipping costs.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the
same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the
